Shadows were just shadows, nothing more; so why did she feel like she was being watched, followed? What did the nightmares mean? Why did she keep hearing the haunting song? The one that followed her during the day. Before she was filled with the fear of darkness, Lucy’s biggest problem was whether or not her best friend Jeremy liked her, and if he did what to do about it. Now she has to worry about her sanity.
